L3Harris is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) Manager supporting the Camden, NJ maritime power assembly and testing facility.

The EHS&S Manager drives the development, organization, administration, enforcement, and continuous improvement of EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, county, local, and customer requirements. The EHS&S Manager will support both locations performance toward meeting their injury rate and environmental sustainability goals, as well as continuous improvement and validation of their EHS&S compliance requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $101,500- $188,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
