About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Program Manager to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs supporting a major financial operations initiative. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure front-line and operations staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, facilitate, and manage complex training programs tailored to diverse end-user groups.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align training objectives with business goals.
Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create impactful training solutions.
Deliver clear, engaging written and oral communications to diverse audiences.
Support large-scale planning efforts within business execution deliverables.
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience creating and delivering training for varied user groups, from front-line employees to back-office operations.
Strong self-starter who can work independently and manage competing priorities.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence and motivate others.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly Desirable :
Commercial Banking experience.
Familiarity with nCino systems and processes.
