Work Arrangement : Onsite (Full Office)
Pay Range : $23.00 – $31.05 / hour - (Negotialble at the time )
About the Role :
CalOptima Health is looking for a Data Entry Tech (Quality Improvement) to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the Quality Improvement department with accurate and timely data entry, credentialing file preparation, and office support tasks. Roles and Resposiblity :
Perform routine to complex data entry from documents, files, and data sources.
Assist in preparing and maintaining credentialing files.
Conduct outreach calls and respond to provider and staff inquiries.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of all healthcare data.Collaborate with team members to support department goals.
Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma (or equivalent).
At least 1 year of data entry experience .
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a managed health care environment .
Knowledge of provider data and / or credentialing systems.
Skills & Abilities :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication (oral & written) and problem-solving skills.
