Collaborate with the design team to bring creative concepts to life in a technically feasible manner.

Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for retail window displays and pop ups.

Ensure that all project builds are designed with Health and Safety at the forefront of your mind.

Providing Build Drawings and CNC files.

Liaising with Project Managers on project requirements and deadlines.

Work closely with the Production Team to ensure that designs can be efficiently and accurately produced.

Conduct regular quality checks on prototypes and final products to verify accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

Participate in meetings with clients to present technical drawings and discuss project requirements.

Work closely with the design team whilst designing a project for a client. Ensuring that what is designed is achievable in project guidelines, budgets and timelines - whilst also thinking about what’s best for the client.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of drafting work.

Proactively seek feedback and implement best practices to support ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in technical drafting for retail window displays and pop ups.

Must use SolidWorks or Inventor

Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Rhino.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.

Excellent management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the retail industry.
