Must-Have : General acute care experience; experience with hand therapy, ortho, neuro, and wound care; experience with Oasis is preferred.

Job Description :

• Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings within the physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy units.
• Inpatient coverage includes med-surg, telemetry, and ICU; minimal coverage may be required in ER and pediatrics.
• Outpatient coverage focuses on ortho (including shoulders, knees, and backs) and basic neuro patients. Experience with hand therapy and pediatrics is preferred in the outpatient setting.
• Physical therapists must have general acute care experience, including handling total joints like knees, hips, and shoulders in the inpatient setting.
• In the home health setting, cover a geographical region focusing on ortho, strokes, joints, and spinal injuries.
• Weekend work is typically three shifts per quarter, with optional flexibility to work Saturdays or Sundays.
• For home health assignments, work hours are flexible, primarily Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
• Charting is done using Cerner.
• Business casual attire is required for outpatient settings, while inpatient staff may need to wear provided polos.
• Orientation for floor-specific protocols will occur over several shifts.
