Key Responsibilities :
As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment and support plans, and monitor their effectiveness. You'll have the opportunity to supervise and train Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring the successful implementation of treatment plans. You'll provide guidance and support to families in managing behaviors and teaching skills through ABA principles. Additional responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and analyzing results to enhance program effectiveness.
