Key Responsibilities
Manage the design and delivery of chatbot experiences across digital channels
Translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories for chatbot features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the chatbot experience and monitor performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent coursework and experience
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Experience in user experience strategy and design
Proficiency in conversational design and digital product ownership
Ability to analyze performance insights and iterate on design
