Simon, Reed & Salazar, P.A., is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing third-party practice defending complex cases in state and federal court including, medical malpractice, cruise lines, product liability, and general defense liability.

Our firm seeks candidates with at least 6 years of litigation experience including taking expert depositions and motion practice in federal court. We are seeking applicants who think outside the box, want to grow their skills and practice and have strong writing skills. The position provides an opportunity to work on a variety of complex, high-exposure cases in a wide range of industries. We are a unique firm offering our attorneys the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases as part of a strong team while providing a platform for attorneys to build their career.

Our firm offers a balanced, collaborative work environment with competitive salary & benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications. Must be licensed in Florida, with federal bar admissions in the Southern and Middle District Courts of Florida is a plus. A portable book of business is welcome but not necessary.
