Staff Test Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test solutions for highly integrated Silicon mm-wave RFICs
• Evaluate, optimize and debug first silicon
• Characterize products to develop datasheet specifications
• Develop production test solutions and manage the tester transfer process to high volume sites including tester MSA and GRR studies
• Support the development customer facing collateral for product operation
• Participate in cross functional teams to support design reviews, test coverage, 8D and customer issues

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience : $121,700 - $158,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience / qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability. Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo. More information on the Total Rewards package can be shared upon request.
