How You'll Make An Impact
The Senior Billing Integration Consultant will be instrumental in evaluating and enhancing billing processes while providing expert guidance to billing leaders, branch partners, and the mergers and acquisitions team. This role focuses on addressing complex and large-scale billing challenges, collaborating across departments, and implementing effective processes to ensure accurate and compliant invoicing that meets or exceeds branch expectations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive billing expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in mergers and acquisitions, along with the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy. A key aspect of this position is fostering trust and confidence in the billing team's services by building and maintaining strong relationships with branch partners.
Responsibilities :
About You
Required : Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience. Expert understanding of billing processes and best practices. Highly proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Able to travel.
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in billing, finance, or a related area, focusing on complex billing operations. Expert understanding of billing processes, end-to-end accounting flows and industry best practices. Highly proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Robust verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of self-awareness. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation skills Able to travel.
Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market / geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business / practice area, supply / demand, and scheduled hours.
