Location : Alpharetta, GA (In-person required)
Compensation : $65,000-$95,000 / year (combined salary + incentives)
Employment type : W-2 Employee, Full-Time
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group counseling
- Responsible for maintaining communication regarding treatment progress to referral sources and providing aftercare plans and follow-up care
- Ensuring the proper care of clients as mandated by the provider’s ethical guidelines and in coordination with other treating professionals
- Ensuring proper and timely documentation of services provided
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
