Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A leading healthcare facility in Des Plaines, IL, is seeking an experienced Sonographer for a contract opportunity. This role involves performing ultrasound imaging within Obstetrics, Gynecology, Abdominal, and Vascular specialties. The position offers a dynamic environment with some float and on-call duties, featuring mixed shift options between early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in OB, GYN, Abdominal, and Vascular areas
• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment including Canon 80-slice and GE 40-slice machines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely imaging results
• Utilize EPIC, Alaris, Pyxis, and McKesson PACS systems for patient documentation and imaging management
• Be available for float assignments and on-call coverage as needed
