Job Summary :
Create, update, and maintain product component data (BOMs) and manufacturing process data (Routings) in the QAD ERP system.
- Ensure accuracy of product and process information to reduce errors, delays, and costs.
- Collaborate with engineering, accounting, customer service, procurement, and production teams.
- Support planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, and tooling for new and existing products.
- Apply technical understanding of materials and processes to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Assist with document control, project coordination, and process improvement under moderate supervision.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain ERP / MRP data (experience with systems like SAP or QAD required).Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routing sequences.Define components, materials, and process steps for product manufacturing.Maintain item master data (lead times, MOQs, specifications, etc.).Process engineering changes (ECNs / PCNs) and update related data.Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain data integrity.Maintain documentation, databases, and change logs through ERP systems and Monday.com.Support process improvements and cross-functional collaborationQualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering or a Manufacturing-related field (preferred).Experience in engineering administration within a manufacturing environment.Strong technical judgment, project management, and teamwork skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Prior experience with ERP systems (highly preferred).Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Benefits : (employee contribution)
