Title :  Senior Software Engineer

Position type : Full Time – Contract

Duration : 12+ Months

Location : Charlotte NC

Overview :

Team is transitioning from internally built legacy platforms (Lucas / OneView) to Loan IQ, through AIO Logic; nCino applications will also be migrated into the Loan IQ platform.

Role focuses on test automation, manual validation, and data integrity verification as part of this large-scale migration initiative.

As a Senior Software Enginee, You will :

• Lead and support moderately complex technical initiatives within the Loan IQ migration program.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and document software components and automation frameworks.
• Perform manual and automated testing of Loan IQ integrations, AIO Logic, and nCino migration components.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to validate data consistency during testing and automation phases.
• Contribute to test automation using tools like Selenium or UFT.
• Conduct API testing (REST / SOAP) and support automation of backend validations.
• Collaborate across 3 Scrum teams (U.S. & India-based) to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Work closely with business analysts and product owners to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Review technical challenges, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with established standards and policies.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range :   $55 / hr to $65 / hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
