Job Summary : ControlByNet is seeking qualified Monitoring Specialists to join their rapidly growing team. This position is on-site in Norcross, GA and operating hours are from 8 : 00 pm - 9 : 00 am.

Location / Territory : Norcross, GA

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live streaming of surveillance cameras for suspicious activity
• Identify patterns and abnormalities
• Respond to camera alerts using established protocols
• Alert local authorities and / or organizations of critical incidents
• Review archived camera footage
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned
