About the Role :

HM Staffing is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Machine Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for regularly checking, recording, and reporting temperature readings on machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation. Your work will help prevent equipment failures and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine temperature checks on designated machinery and equipment

Record and log data accurately at scheduled intervals

Identify abnormal temperature readings and report issues immediately

Communicate with maintenance and production teams as needed

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Assist with basic equipment inspections as required

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow routine schedules and procedures

Good communication skills

Comfortable working around industrial equipment

Basic technical or mechanical understanding is a plus (but not required)
