application! Position Summary :
The Insider (Pizza Maker) is responsible for taking guest orders accurately, preparing pizzas
and other menu items to standard, and ensuring every order meets Marco’s commitment to
quality. This role combines excellent guest service with hands-on food preparation, while also
helping maintain a clean, safe, and team-oriented work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Accurately take orders and answer guest questions with courtesyOperate cash registers and handle cash transactions accuratelyUtilize POS systems to process orders and manage salesAssist guests with menu selections, make recommendations, and upsell items toenhance their experience
Prepare fresh pizza dough and toppings, including slicing, chopping, and portioningingredients
Follow recipes and food preparation standards, including accommodating specialrequests
Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations while preparing andserving food
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including dining spaces, prepstations, and kitchen equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hoursProvide prompt and friendly assistance to guests by answering questions and resolvingconcerns
Monitors the ovens and baking process.Removes food products from the oven, cuts and packages food items correctly andquickly.
Ensures final product quality and accuracy.The essential duties and responsibilities described above are not a comprehensive list.
Additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job
may change as required by business demands.
Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
