[job_card.job_description]Support will include assisting in the development of contract documentation and the development of technical plans, specifications, cost estimates relating to the various categories of engineering support services, studies provided, and associated reports. This position will be part of a contract team to assist in the preparation of a wide range of engineering and feasibility studies, providing engineering and technical support for design review, performance feasibility studies, and designs of ships, boat, and shipboard systems in support of existing and future vessel acquisition programs. Knowledge of Microsoft computer systems. Prepare, review, and revise and maintain technical documents. Minimum of 3 years' documented experience in writing, reviewing technical documents. Documented experience with the marine or defense environment preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen A secret security clearance
