Express Employment San Antonio Southwest is looking for AP Lead candidates in San Antonio TX

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8 : 00AM5 : 00PM

Duties : include but not limited to : The Onsite Accounts Payable Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to receiving approval and coding, reviewing batches and posting, and all vendor communication. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both external vendors and internal stakeholders in matters related to payables and vendor communication. The AP Lead supervises and supports the AP Entry Specialist and plays a key role in maintaining vendor relationships, internal coordination, and overall AP process integrity.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience with construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP / accounting systems (e.g., Viewpoint Vista, Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and document management tools.
