A company is looking for a Settlement Mitigation Specialist to negotiate repayment plans and settlements for owners facing financial hardship.
Key Responsibilities
Engage owners with past-due accounts to identify resolution options
Negotiate settlements and payment plans within established guidelines
Prepare and send settlement documentation while tracking execution and compliance
Required Qualifications
Experience in debt negotiation or financial settlement operations
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to analyze financial circumstances and recommend options
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with relevant tools is a plus
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong advantage
