Were looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Technology (IT ) division to drive the strategy and execution of key digital initiatives at our headquarters in Sarasota FL.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER :

• Lead the entire lifecycle (design development and execution) of a website replatform including CMS implementation for a critical vertical with additional verticals expected to follow the successful implementation. Ensure the new website is user-friendly (both customers and internal CMS users) optimized for mobile devices leverages SEO / AEO / GEO best practices effectively showcases services provides a simple and intuitive ecommerce flow and integrates easily with internal software.
• Manage cross-functional technical programs ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with existing systems and submissions services.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and external web development agencies and other software / platform vendors for this and other initiatives.
• Maintain accountability for all project participants and provide guidance or raise escalations as appropriate.
• Implement and refine program management methodologies including agile development methodologies to optimize team workflows and project delivery and track work using appropriate software (e.g. Jira).
• Drive continuous process improvement for projects overseeing quality assurance and efficiency both before and after launch.
• Oversee risk management activities identify potential technical impediments and develop robust mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets track expenses and ensure all projects remain within financial expectations.
• Facilitate clear effective and timely communication between technical teams vendors and non-technical business stakeholders including through regular updates and maintaining a Steering Committee meeting.
