Salary : $100,000 – $108,000 annually (potential for negotiation based on experience)

Overview :

The Quality Manager is a proactive leader and problem solver responsible for overseeing the organization's quality management system to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of Quality Inspectors responsible for inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, final assembly, and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain less than 1% cost of poor quality by analyzing data from material reviews and returns, identifying trends, and driving root-cause problem-solving initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality, process reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and implement inspection standards, operating procedures, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate daily with the production team to align inspection priorities with manufacturing schedules and ensure resource efficiency.
• Manage product certification programs, coordinate testing, and support audits with certification agencies.
• Mentor and develop quality team members through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
• Support safety initiatives and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
