As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will engage in a paid training program that equips you with essential skills in resident care. This entry-level role is your chance to earn while you learn under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. You will participate in classes, hands-on lab instruction, and clinical experiences preparing you for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in training programs to understand healthcare protocols and procedures
• Learn fundamental nursing skills with supervision
• Assist nursing staff in delivering daily care to residents
• Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing and grooming
• Work collaboratively with the care team to promote resident well-being
