About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with deep ERP expertise to lead, optimize, and support our core business systems. This role will oversee the day-to-day management of our ERP platform, guide system improvements, and ensure technology supports operational and financial excellence across the organization.

What Youll Do
- Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the companys ERP system.
- Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to translate business needs into system enhancements.
- Manage ERP vendors, external development partners, and internal support resources.
- Oversee system configuration, user access, data integrity, and security controls.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution and minimal downtime.
- Support integrations with other business platforms, databases, and reporting tools.
- Drive documentation, change management, testing, and training activities for upgrades and new releases.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system performance improvements.
