Job Summary :
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff. Manage building access, greet visitors, and maintain a secure and organized front entrance. Please note, a valid driver's license and a reliable car is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, stationed at the front desk for the duration of each shift
- Monitor and control building access; greet and escort guests to appropriate locations while maintaining security protocols
- Welcome all visitors professionally and ensure proper sign-in / sign-out procedures and badge distribution
- Notify staff promptly of guest arrivals and maintain visitor confidentiality
- Receive, sign for, and distribute packages, deliveries, and mail; coordinate employee food deliveries
- Provide beverages and coat storage assistance to guests as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Report security concerns or suspicious activity to management immediately
