Key Responsibilities

Lead global Real Estate & Facilities procurement strategy, managing category development for leases and construction

Drive cost optimization and value creation across OPEX and CAPEX through effective negotiations and portfolio strategies

Establish governance and performance management frameworks while collaborating with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in Real Estate and Facilities procurement in large, multinational environments

Strong commercial and financial acumen related to lease structures and financial modeling

Experience with managed service providers, including contract negotiation and supplier management

Proven success in leading global category strategies that impact corporate real estate costs

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred, with professional certification in procurement beneficial
