A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - RP.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee onboarding and installation of new business plans
Facilitate meetings, set agendas, and follow up on deliverables
Train clients on systems and provide technical support
Escalate risks and manage timelines with internal teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
4-6 years in a client-facing role within defined contribution plan administration
Experience with plan implementation, document design, and retirement plan regulations
Familiarity with various plan types, investment structures, and federal pension regulations
ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA or NIPA (APA, APR) preferred or in progress
