A Dart Financial Solutions is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Partner Tax Professionals to join our growing team for the upcoming tax season. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy flexible remote work, and are looking to grow within the tax industry.

We provide industry-leading tools, mentorship, and resources to help you succeed — whether you’re an experienced preparer or just getting started.

Position Overview

As a Partner Tax Professional, you will prepare and file accurate federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses. You’ll deliver excellent client service while ensuring compliance with all current tax regulations.

This position offers flexible hours and a commission-based structure , with rates dependent on experience and credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and electronically file accurate individual and business tax returns.
  • Review client information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and compliance with IRS regulations.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document work within our secure, cloud-based software system.

    • Qualifications

  • Valid PTIN (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, or related financial work preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer suitable for remote work.
