Kleinfelder is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join the firm as a Senior Compliance Environmental Scientist / Engineer to support our growing environmental compliance practice.

The position is available in :

• Raleigh, North Carolina
• Charlotte, North Carolina
• Atlanta, Georgia

The successful candidate will provide multi-media environmental compliance support to industrial, transportation, energy and other clients, to include : air permitting, stormwater permitting, SPCC plan development, waste management support, air emission control evaluations, compliance auditing, and industrial hygiene support. Additional activities may include site assessment and groundwater remediation support. This position is highly technical requiring excellent data management and regulatory interpretation skills, strategic thinking to identify and apply logical solutions, ability to understand and apply engineering calculations and quality control procedures, good writing and organization capabilities, ability to work independently or as part of a larger group with capacity to support multiple assignments.
