Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound patient phone calls and assist with billing inquiries
Manage copay collections and create partner cases daily
Maintain billing ledgers and support administrative functions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of related experience in healthcare billing or customer service
Experience with medical coding and call center support is preferred
Organized, empathetic, and tech-savvy
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
