[job_card.job_description]MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 12‑15+ years’ experience in Power IC design (experience can be less for junior level applicants). Switching converter design experience including power stage and controller architecture. Ability to do transistor circuit design in one or more of the following areas : bandgap, precision voltage and current references, variable gain amplifiers, continuous‑time filters, PLLs (analog, hybrid, and digital), ADCs (Flash, SAR, sigma‑delta), voltage regulators, temperature sensors, I / O blocks, DAC, sense and protection circuits. Strong knowledge in device physics and deep sub‑micron processes. Proficiency in Cadence design and verification tools. Strong project management and organizational skills. Strong sense of ownership / accountability; able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

Key Responsibilities
- Design IP blocks and communicate knowledge to the rest of the team.
- Supervise top‑level IC floorplan and layout development.
- Conduct IC evaluation, including initial bring‑up, detailed bench characterization, timely debug and design fixes.
- Develop and qualify test plans and support the product to mass production.
