Lead Superintendent Quincy Ma Multifamily Construction
A second-generation, family-owned general contractor with over 35 years of experience is looking for an experienced Lead Superintendent to join their growing team! Known for strong core values, a collaborative culture, and promoting from within, this firm delivers high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including multifamily, life science, education, and healthcare. This role will oversee large-scale wood-frame multifamily projects (first job in Quincy / future job in Framingham), with project values ranging from $15M-$30M and a regional backlog of $90M.
