Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee all financial operations at our Cincinnati location. The Controller will be responsible for managing accounting records, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing financial reports, and implementing financial controls to support the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial health.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and monitor performance against budget.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the finance team.
