What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the BDC team to maximize inbound and outbound sales opportunities.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

• Oversee scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting.

• Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Proven leadership experience in a dealership BDC or service department environment.

• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to motivate a team.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on results.
