Job Summary:
We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional interior painting jobs in a residential/commercial setting.

You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter whos looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Regardless of Talent, you must be willing to learn company technique of painting.
• Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, sprayer etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
• Interact professionally with customers
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
• Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties
• Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
• Experience in Skim Coating
• Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment

Qualifications:

• OSHA 40-Hour Site Safety Training (SST)
• OSHA 4 Hour Scaffold
• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting
• Must be legal to work in the US
• Reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment
• Able to work in and have transportation to Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, NYC
