Job Title : Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, VFDs, and electrical controls.
• Rewire motors and work with automation, robotics, and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Assist with various projects, including teardowns, installations, and general maintenance tasks.
• Enter work orders and completions into the computer and perform basic data entry.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the maintenance team, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for all equipment.

Work Environment

Work in a non-temperature-controlled, fast-paced production and manufacturing environment. Safety gear including steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and vests are mandatory.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of West Memphis, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $150000.00 / yr.

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage is available / Eligibility for various bonuses, such as an EOS bonus for staying with the company through an agreed-upon end date

This is a fully onsite position in West Memphis,AR.
