WSPs Oakland office provides a broad range of services in engineering and environmental sciences including environmental assessment and remediation, water / wastewater engineering, water resources, environmental compliance, geotechnical design, stormwater infrastructure design, materials testing, and decision analysis. / ph3Your Impact / h3p Perform business development within the Oil Gas and Industrial / Commercial sectors for environmental remediation, engineering and related services / pp Perform design, oversight, mentorship and direct the efforts of staff- and project-level engineers / pp Assist preparation of technical reports and proposals / pp Successfully interact with Service Line Leader, Sector Lead, other Principal and Senior-level employees in the office and firm-wide / pp Manage multiple projects, being responsible for ensuring that deliverables, schedules and budgets are achieved / pp Travel to project(s) as needed, for the execution of project goals and business development / pp Meet sales, revenue and delivery goals / ph3Who You Are / h3pstrongRequired Qualifications / strong / pp BS in Civil, Chemical, Environmental or related Engineering field / pp California (Civil) Professional Engineers License / pp 12+ years related environmental remediation and sales experience / pp Strong work ethic / pp Strong Project Management Experience / pp Must be a self-starter, team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills / pp Previous experience working with remediation / assessment projects involving the Regional Quality Water Quality Control Board, DTSC and / or one of the local CUPAs / pp Ability to work with, mentor, and direct engineers and technicians / pp Candidate should have experience with CERCLA, RCRA, DTSC, Water Board and other CalEPA Programs / pp Must have consulting experience with petroleum contamination cleanups in soil and groundwater including free floating products (LNAPL) AND / OR must have chlorinated solvent contamination consulting experience for remediation of soil and groundwater / pp Must have consulting experience in soil gas and vapor intrusion issues / pp Developing and managing complex engineering design and design-build projects / pp Oversee remedy construction and operation and maintenance of environmental project work / pp Must pass drug test, physical, background check and must have a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Companys driving (Motor Vehicle Safety) policy / ppstrongPreferred Qualifications / strong / pp 40-Hour OSHA Health Safety Training (HAZWOPER) (29 CFR 1910.120) preferred. / pp Basic First Aid and Adult CPR training desired. / ppWSP Benefits : WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employees career.
