NBMC is seeking a full-time, Family Nurse Practitioner at our satellite clinic in picturesque Myrtle Point, Oregon. Join a rural practice that includes primary care and a part-time walk-in clinic. There is an excellent support staff team in place, as well as a laboratory and procedure room. You'll enjoy full access to the specialties and services offered at our main Clinic, which is located just 30 minutes away.
Overview of Duties...
- Independently responsible for managing the health and well-being of patient panel.
- Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, development of treatment plan, interventions and evaluations.
- Comprehensive management of a broad range of health care, which includes promotion and maintenance of health.
- Management and coordination of care.
- Referrals, consultation and / or collaboration with other community healthcare providers and / or resources.
- Prescribing, dispensing and administration of therapeutic drugs, consistent within medical guidelines and scope of practice.
