Overview
Job Description : The
ServiceNow Operations Administrator supports the configuration, maintenance,
and integration of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on CMDB, endpoint
platform integrations (e.g., HP, Dell, VMware, Device42, procurement tools),
reporting, and workflows. This role works closely with IT operations and asset
management teams to ensure data integrity and support business processes
through automation and reporting.
Experience :
of ITIL concepts, especially Configuration Management.
Responsibilities :
and contributes to development of best practices and standard operating
procedures and provides technical expertise for Support teams.
