Temporary HEDIS Quality Coordinator

A company is looking for a Temporary Quality HEDIS Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for assigned region / membership and coordinate member wellness events

Maintain relationships with members and providers to ensure quality care coordination

Participate in advisory meetings and assist in scheduling appointments for members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Graduate or Equivalent

One year of customer service experience required

Preferred experience with medical records and in member / provider engagement roles

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance preferred

No specific certification or licensure required
