Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three times per week.

Compensation Package

• $40-$50 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and process California workers' compensation indemnity/lost time claims in compliance with state regulations.
• Handle claims involving 4850 benefits with accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine claim validity and liability.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, medical providers, and legal representatives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of claims while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in handling California workers' compensation indemnity/lost time claims.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with 4850 benefits.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check prior to starting the role.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work.
