A company is looking for a Digital Engagement and Wellbeing Client Success Director for a virtual position in North America.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee wellbeing products for clients, ensuring best practices and driving solution implementation

Lead client presentations, addressing feedback and championing enhancement opportunities

Drive client success by analyzing performance metrics and fostering long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications

Industry experience in wellbeing, health, or Human Capital Management (HCM)

Experience in revenue-focused roles and familiarity with KPI and ROI metrics

Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and drive business success

10+ years of experience in customer satisfaction or success roles

Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Communications, Business, or Healthcare
