Lead Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist specializing in NLP and Financial Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret datasets to support the development of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms

Lead the design, training, and deployment of NLP and transformer-based models for financial surveillance

Provide guidance to junior team members on model development and exploratory data analysis

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of financial markets, compliance, surveillance, and regulatory technology

Experience with data science and machine / deep learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

Solid knowledge of statistics and data science principles

Familiarity with NLP transfer learning and natural language processing toolkits

Knowledge of microservices architecture and continuous delivery concepts in machine learning
