We are seeking for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join the group at our Hamilton Wolfe / Medical Center.

Job Description :

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in an outpatient clinic setting
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel patient and family on health and disease
• Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Salary range : $105,000 - $110,000
