To learn more, visit us at .AppZen is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of our AI-powered Accounts Payable (AP) automation solution for our largest and most strategic customers. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in AP processes and a strong track record managing customer-facing projects. You’ll act as the voice of the customer, working closely with AP processors and leadership teams to ensure successful rollouts. Projects range from focused, single-country deployments to complex global programs involving multiple ERPs, P2P integrations, languages, and shared service centers.

• You’re a master of the P2P domain and are passionate about helping organizations integrate their financial systems to SaaS platforms
• You have program management and consultancy experience with enterprise SaaS products
• You are highly organized and driven, you love to plan and track everything!
• You want to help our customers get the most out of AppZen’s AI driven Accounts Payable automation solution and get joy out of watching a customer really succeed
• You have GREAT communication skills and know how to get the message across all levels of an organization
• You are action oriented; no task is too small or insignificant for you
• You have a finely tuned sense of urgency, you know when you can fix something, and when and how to ask for help

$130,000 - $140,000 a yearAppZen is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The base pay range for this role is posted above. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
