Job Description :

• Work in a beautiful brand new facility with a focus on acute inpatient care.
• Provide care for adults through geriatric patients, with services for adolescents opening soon.
• Treat various mental health and behavioral disorders as well as substance abuse and addictions.
• Maintain patient safety and quality care with staffing ratios up to 1 : 20, dependent on patient acuity.
• Utilize Epic for documentation and engage in paper charting for restraints.
• Use the Omnicell medication system with an on-site, 24 / 7 pharmacy.
• Attend a 3- to 5-day orientation, which includes complimentary Handle With Care de-escalation training.
• Wear gray scrubs as part of the uniform.
• Work within a dynamic environment, located near recreational amenities including a ski resort, with close proximity to the New York and New Jersey borders.
