Lantern Park Specialty Care, part of Care Initiatives, Iowa’s network of over 40 skilled nursing communities, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts (6AM–2PM). Use your clinical skills and empathy to positively impact resident care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do :

Serve as a Charge Nurse, applying clinical expertise to coordinate resident care

Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting safe, high-quality care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with LTC regulations

Positively influence resident outcomes through attentive, compassionate care

Qualifications :

Current Iowa RN license (or ability to activate quickly)

CPR certification

Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred
