Join the vibrant Critical Care Float Pool team! This is your chance to enhance and apply your critical care skills across diverse settings including Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and our MSICU - the intermediate care ICU.

Hourly Range : $33.00 - $33.99

As part of the Critical Care Float Pool, you’ll have unique opportunities to develop competencies in Emergency Department care and neuro-progressive areas. Experience working at the region's only Level I trauma center, where you will collaborate with an expert nursing team committed to excellence!

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document care per policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care rendered.
• Apply nursing judgment in managing patient care.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to establish and execute a patient care plan.
• Guide ancillary staff while upholding professional nursing standards.
