The Faculty of Information Technology is seeking an exceptional Group Manager Research and Graduate Research - a strategic leader ready to drive high-impact initiatives and help define the future of our research ecosystem.

In this pivotal role you will work alongside the Deputy Dean (Research) and Associate Dean (Graduate Research) providing expert strategic advice and steering the development and execution of the Facultys research and graduate research vision aligned with Impact 2030. Your deep understanding of the national and global research landscape - combined with your knowledge of the Universitys strengths - will position you as a key influencer in shaping our longterm research success.

As our new Group Manager you will lead and inspire a highperforming team to deliver a range of critical forwardlooking activities including:

• Driving the identification and conversion of major high-impact research funding opportunities to meet ambitious growth targets
• Leading strategic HDR recruitment to nurture a vibrant innovative research culture
• Building and strengthening partnerships across industry government and academia
• Enabling meaningful international research collaboration and elevating the Facultys global footprint

To thrive in this role you will bring a relevant postgraduate qualification and extensive experience in postgraduate and research administration. Youll be known for your ability to build strong relationships provide high-level strategic advice and engage effectively with industry research bodies and key stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in accelerating the Facultys research excellence and innovation agenda.
