What You Need To Succeed At McKinstry

Previous experience in recruiting for field, service, and labor positions. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in networking and familiarity with best search practices. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion. Some knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, OFCCP, and general HR practices (preferred).

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $57.00 / hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location.
